McAdam & Associates was established by Celine McAdam, who brought with her six years’ specialised recruitment experience with international portfolios. Drawing on that experience, the company has from the start been conceived and managed as a broad-based, diverse agency with a strong national profile.

In October 2007 Servisource Recruitment successfully acquired McAdam & Associates recruitment agency. Servisource Recruitment established in 2000 is the fastest growing recruitment agency in the North East Region and has vast experience and expertise in the recruitment industry. Due to the success of the McAdam & Associates since June 2002 Servisource Recruitment decided to maintain the company name and philosophy.
